* Move page rendering to libtuxtxt to make it usable outside of the
plugin for usage see tuxtxt_common.h line 3828ff.
* enable teletext subtitle selection in audio-menu
* return success value for tuxtxt_start
* Added possibility to toggle between current and next EPG-Entries in
single column view (using audio-button)
* - Set default timer end action (nothing,standby,shutdown) in expert settings
- Set timer offset before and after timer in expert settings
(patches provided by dre from merlin-team, thanks)
* Embed Tuxtxt directly into Enigma, so you can use all Buttons of the remote
* Fix compilation of new tuxtxt for enigma
* fix removing movie from playlist when deleting it
* Added EPG-Search from Merlin Project
